GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ A section of 23rd Street from Andrews Highway to Jackson Avenue in Odessa will be closed starting Monday for a utilities installation project. Edgardo Madrid & Associates are working with the city on the project, which will take one week—drivers are advised to follow posted traffic signs and detour routes. CBS7
