- ➤ Mandy Stanton—also known as Mandy Clark—was arrested on August 19 during a traffic stop in Ector County after officers found fentanyl, a digital scale and other drug tools, and she now faces federal charges for possession with intent to distribute that could lead to up to 20 years in prison. - ➤ Odessa College is hosting Barry Phillips the Younger’s 40-year retrospective titled '100 Happy Faces' at the Phillips Goff Gallery in Sedate Hall from Sept. 2 through Oct. 3. An artist talk is planned for 4 p.m. on Sept. 16 in the Globe Theater (followed by a reception) with free admission for all. CBS7
