- ➤ OPD arrested 34-year-old Nathaniel Venegas after his silver Jeep hit a motorcyclist at about 2:04 a.m. on August 9 at University and Andrews—he fled the scene but was later caught and charged with felony intoxication assault, felony collision causing personal injury, a state jail felony for marijuana possession, and a misdemeanor for evading arrest.
