- ➤ Odessans lined the streets Tuesday as a full law enforcement procession escorted the body of Ector County Probation Officer Jayda Floyd from Austin to Odessa—honoring her as a victim of the July 4 floods. - ➤ A fundraiser in memory of Odessa Police Officer Bailey Martin will be held on Tuesday, July 22 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Barn A in the Ector County Coliseum, where hamburger plates are sold for $20 each (up to 800 plates) and donations can be made with checks to the PPOA of Odessa. CBS7
