- ➤ ICE officials in Odessa arrested Cesar Ricardo Rodriguez-Villarreal after he was stopped for impaired driving—he is wanted for kidnapping and homicide in Mexico—and plan to send him back to face the charges. CBS7
- ➤ U.S. Marshals arrested international fugitive Lizbeth Nohemi Villarreal-Portillo in Odessa — she faced charges for homicide and kidnapping. CBS7
