- ➤ Surveillance footage led police to arrest 21-year-old Jerry Jeremiah Rendon on murder suspicion after they found 60-year-old Terry Llewelyn McDade dead from a gunshot at 3 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Laredo — the video captured Rendon leaving his mother's house before and after the shooting — and investigators linked a 9 mm handgun at his home with matching casings from a lime green Dodge Charger. - ➤ Odessa police officers seized over 300 grams of meth along with heroin, cocaine, fentanyl and oxycodone during a Saturday raid on West Hacienda Drive that led to the arrest of a 53 year old suspect, James Douglas Gale, who admitted selling the drugs and now faces multiple charges with bail set at $221,500—his home was searched after investigators received a tip last month.
