- ➤ The Ellen Noël Art Museum renovation is 68% complete with crews pouring concrete for the decorative front drive and key items like a revolving door, elevator and 37-foot columns arriving. The project will add 8,000 square feet and a new administrative floor—if materials arrive on time work will finish by the end of August, otherwise delays will push completion to September—and the museum will hold a re-opening gala on Dec. 4. - ➤ West Texas law enforcement agencies joined a 72-hour international roadcheck to remove unsafe commercial vehicles and fix equipment issues to keep roads safe.
