- ➤ OCTECHS graduation on May 15 at Odessa College Sports Center honored valedictorian Angelique Navarrete Puertas and salutatorian Maudicel Chavez, who both earned associate degrees. Puertas heads to UT Permian Basin for accountancy, while Chavez (founder of AIUSA Human Rights Club) will study international relations at UT Austin. Odessa American
- ➤ OCA (Odessa Collegiate Academy) graduates Betanya Hailu and Siena Pangan earned associate degrees at the May 15 ceremony at the Odessa College Sports Center.
