- ➤ Ector County District Court Judge Justin Low is reviewing a lawsuit over the estate of Clyde Franklin Spencer, who died on Feb. 10 after leaving a will and living trust to Sara Spencer-Kinoti and Nathan Spencer plus the former step-daughter claims she inherited the house when she received a deed on Feb. 13 and moved in on Feb. 15.
