- ➤ The Nonprofit Management Center of the Permian Basin announced that the 2025 Annual Beacon Awards will take place at 11 a.m. Sept. 25 at the Odessa Marriott Hotel and Conference Center to honor nonprofit organizations, staff, and volunteers for their community service efforts (nominations are open until 5:00 p.m. May 30 and late submissions will not be accepted).
