- ➤ A Midland woman was arrested Thursday after a two-year DPS investigation into stolen crude oil transactions at TORO at 12200 IH 20 West in Odessa—she faces charges of theft, money laundering, and organized criminal activity with her bail set at $300,000. Odessa American
- ➤ Karen Tubb filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Ector County District Court after her husband was killed in a head-on collision on March 1 when Pedro Abuldio Flores-Gonzalez swerved while driving an 18-wheeler water hauler for Hydro Haul on FM 1776—she is seeking over $1 million in damages against Hydro Haul, his estate, and OK Trucking.
