- ➤ Hernan Hernandez, a 35-year-old man from Odessa, was arrested last week on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon after he allegedly pointed a gun at his former wife and another man at west side Walmart—officers later tracked his missing Yukon and recovered a Glock 42 with bail set at $50,000. - ➤ Jeramiah David Hall, a 32-year-old man who stole a front-end loader and threatened police officers in October 2023, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault against a peace officer and was sentenced to 15 years in prison last week—he will be eligible for parole after serving half his sentence.
