- ➤ Police arrested convicted felon Bobby Jackson Chavez, 47, early Friday when his girlfriend said he fired his gun during an argument and later found video evidence, shell casings and several weapons at his home on the 2700 block of North Dixie Boulevard — he faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of felon in possession of a firearm and tampering with physical evidence with a bond set at $70,000.
