- ➤ A Texas couple filed a lawsuit on March 10 in Ector County District Court against two local companies after a crash on Nov. 12, 2024 on FM 3503 claimed the lives of their 20-year-old daughter and her 26-year-old boyfriend—alleging that negligence in hiring a reckless employee led to the fatal accident.
