- ➤ ECISD reminds students that classes will be held on February 16 as a make-up day after lost school time from a recent snowstorm. CBS7
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Mayor Cal Hendrick honored former judge Eddy Spivey with a proclamation for Black History Month today as members of St. James Missionary Baptist Church watched. Spivey, a decorated military veteran with a record-setting judicial career, remains active in community service. CBS7
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Midland Memorial Hospital resumed normal emergency intake operations today by partnering with Medical Center Hospital + Odessa Regional Medical Center to sterilize instruments despite on-campus sterilizer issues. The hospital remains closed to out-of-county transfers as teams work to fully restore its sterilization process. CBS7
SPORTS NEWS
